The thick, leathery, glossy green foliage turns orange, red and yellow in fall. This is definitely a vigorous, fast grower and needs large landscapes for it to Green, Orange, Red. The Fall Fiesta Sugar Maple is a celebration of autumn with its jubilant fall foliage display. When the days become crisp and cool, its leaves heat up, turning a brilliant red-orange, like those of the best of the Sugar Maples.

Fall Fiesta sugar maple have thick, waxy textured leaves, rapid growth rate for a sugar maple, and yellow-orange to orange red fall color in the Midwest.

This sugar maple makes beautiful specimen, adaptable to dry conditions and alkaline soils. This tree is a main component of the Eastern U.S. hardwood forest and is one of the trees which is most responsible for giving New England its reputation for spectacular fall color.

Medium green leaves (" wide with lobes) turn yellow-orange in autumn, sometimes with considerable color variations. Fruit is the familiar two-winged samara. Fall Fiesta Sugar Maple has dark green foliage throughout the season. The lobed leaves turn outstanding shades of yellow, orange and red in the fall. Neither the flowers nor the fruit are ornamentally significant.
